CHELSEA (27 December 06) - At about 3pm, Chelsea Fire District Squad 35-51 and 35-52 were dispatched to an auto accident with minor entrapment on Route 9D near the I-84 Interchange. In addition Rescue 33-55 was also placed on the assignment for extrication. Upon arrival of 33-1, Car 1 (Chief Joseph), he found a 2 car accident with one minor entrapment. He also requested a second ALS ambulance due to a second serious injury. The rescue perfomed a door pop with the Jaws of Life to free the victim from the vehicle and was packaged/ transported to a local hospital.
