BEACON (03 Feb 2007) - Career Firefighter Timothy Dexter, Jr has made the decision to transfer to the City of Newburgh Fire Department, located as our sister city just over the Hudson River. Dexter has spent 3 years of his career in Beacon, being hired in early 2004. During his stay here, he has been awarded a life saving award for a CPR save and served as the city's firefighter union vice president. We wish him the best of luck and hope he stays safe with our fellow firefighters in Newburgh.
