BEACON (31 August 2009) - At about 6:45am, Rescue 33-55 was dispatched on automatic aid along with Glenham to a reported rollover auto accident on Interstate 84 in the Glenham Fire District. Upon arrival of Rescue 33-55, they found one car with one occupant that had struck a guard rail and rolled over into the side of the roadway. It was determined that the victim was pinned in the vehicle and had to be extricated. Rescue 33-55 used its Jaws Spreaders to pop open the doors to the vehicle and to gain entry to the victim. The victim had what appeared to be relatively minor injuries and was transported to St Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie.
