BEACON (3/10/06) - At about 11:45pm, city fire headquarters reported hearing shots fired. Sure enough less than five minutes later, a shooting was transmitted to Engine 33-12 and Ladder 33-45 in South Davies Projects. Upon arrival of the companies, one victim was found with multiple non-life threatening gun shot wounds to the foot and buttocks regions of his body. The victim was packaged on the scene and transported to an area hospital.
