DUTCHESS JUNCTION (14 Aug 05) - At about 2040, Dutchess Junction was dispatched for a reported one car accident on Route 9D, just north of the county line. The assignment was then upgraded to include Rescue 33-55, due to a report of entrapment. Another report then upgraded the assignment with Cold Spring (Putnam County) due to the run being reported just south of the county line.

Upon arrival of 33-1 (Chief Joseph), he found the accident to be just south of the county line, in Cold Spring (Putnam County). Both Dutchess Junction and City of Beacon were still requested into the scene, due to entrapment of both vehicles.

One vehicle contained one occupant which had expired. The other vehicle also had one victim which was extricated by Cold Spring Fire. Beacon assisted with initial scene set-up and was then returned.
