BEACON (19 Aug 02) - City of Beacon Fire was dispatched to a report of a person down a cliff on Liberty Street next to the Fishkill Creek. Units found a man down a 40 foot cliff and removed him via a stokes basket. Units were assisted by Beacon City PD ESU.
