DUTCHESS JUNCTION (22 July 05) - Dutchess Junction Fire was dispatched for a report of a tree that fell onto a car causing it to crash on Route 9D. Upon arrival they called Rescue 33-55 to the scene to assist with extrication.

Upon arrival of the rescue, they found the victim had expired. Extrication was still performed after the investigation to remove the victim from the vehicle. The accident is still currently under investigation by New York State Police.
